My coaching Philosophy

I believe that all session should be as fun, enjoyable and as engaging as possible chance so participants have a high chance of learning skills during your session and some may be used for purposes other than PE. All participants should feel included in my session and will try to adapt wherever necessary to ensure that all participants are involved.

Blogs

On the drop down for blogs, here you can find my blogs that are all about pedagogical problems at have occurred during our time coaching at our placement school. There are 5 blogs that i have wrote about and all have different pedagogical problems. In the blogs they are constructed by recognising an issue why this was an issue and how our session was affected as a result of this. Then in the blogs i have tried to use double loop reflections to look at research and then try what the research/ theories says in our lessons and if it worked (Argyris & Schon, 1978). I have then done a last blog post which is a summary of my placement throughout the year and the issues that we faced during our time at the school. I have then set myself some smart targets that I will try and complete at my final year of studying Sports Coaching.
