Macro Plan

The purpose of the Macro plan is to create a plan for the whole year of different skills/ components that the students are going to work on. The sessions are broke down into weeks and the components we are working on are in green and if they are not worked on they are in red. From creating the Macro plan it allows us to see what the students are working on are able to recall the skill that they worked on a couple of weeks ago. In our plan it was important that both our Macro plan and needs analysis align. This shows as we have included some element of fundamental skills in all of our sessions as this is what the students need to work on the most according the Youth Composite Model (Lloyd et al., 2015).
